Update:
Thank you for all your thoughts & prayers! Mike is doing much better. The only symptoms he had were headache, tiredness and some coughing. I think it was good he was able to get some "forced" rest for a few days. He'll probably be going back to work maybe as soon as tomorrow. No one else is showing symptoms! Very grateful!
It was bound to happen. The surge in Covid, my kids going to school and Mike working at the clinic. We had taken as much precaution as possible. This morning, Mike tested positive for Covid. He hasn't been feeling well the last couple of days. He's been wearing a mask and staying away from me. So far, he's just tired and has a headache. He is quarantined in our master bedroom till Tuesday. Please keep him in your prayers that it doesn't get any worse and that it would be a swift recovery.
The kids are good. Thankfully, no one else is showing symptoms. After my Round #4 of chemo this weekend, I was pretty tired Tuesday and Wednesday (slept most of the day and night). Today I have much more energy and only took 2 short naps.
Thank you for continuing on this journey with us. We would really appreciate prayers that this would just be a small bump on the road and that it will not turn into anything more.
